What to expect

Book a time that suits you. Our triage will ask about symptoms and any red flags.

The GP reviews your triage, asks clarifying questions, and decides on medication review questions, tests, or referrals where clinically appropriate.

You’ll leave with a plan and clear next steps. If red flags appear, we’ll direct you to ED or in-person care.

Also called: urinary tract infection, bladder infection, cystitis.

Suitability: Uncomplicated adult UTIs without red flags.
