What is HerDoc?
HerDoc is an Australian women-first telehealth service for everyday GP care by phone. Our doctors can help with general health concerns and women’s health, and provide prescriptions, tests, medical certificates and referrals when clinically appropriate.

Women often have to juggle healthcare with work, family and other responsibilities. HerDoc’s purpose is to make everyday GP care easier to access by phone, with time to explain what is going on and understand the next step.
Women-first does not mean women’s-health-only. You can discuss general health concerns as well as periods, contraception, sexual health, perimenopause and menopause.
Who provides your care?
Read clinical governanceYour appointment is with a GP. The treating doctor listens, asks follow-up questions, checks safety and decides what is clinically appropriate for you.
Your GP explains the options that fit the information available, including advice, follow-up, or when a prescription, test, medical certificate or referral may be appropriate.
Who is behind HerDoc?
HerDoc is operated by Aussie Green Alternate Health Pty Ltd, an Australian company that also develops software to support the clinic’s administration.
The software, including HerDoc AI, may help organise information and approved administrative workflows. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, decide eligibility, make clinical decisions or independently triage patients; the treating doctor remains responsible for your care.
When is telehealth not enough?
HerDoc is for everyday, non-emergency GP care where a phone appointment is suitable. Some concerns need an examination, local testing, urgent care or continuing care with your usual GP.
