Everyday GP care
Prescriptions and referral discussions online
Discuss prescriptions, medical certificates, pathology, imaging, and referrals where clinically appropriate after GP assessment.
Telehealth may be appropriate for routine prescription renewal and certificate questions when the GP has enough information to assess safety.

What to expect
Book a time that suits you. Our triage will ask about symptoms and any red flags.
The GP reviews your triage, asks clarifying questions, and decides whether a prescription, test, referral, certificate, or another next step is clinically appropriate.
You’ll leave with a plan and clear next steps. If red flags appear, we’ll direct you to ED or in-person care.
Also called: repeat prescription, medical certificate, referral.
Suitability: Prescription, certificate, referral, or test questions with clinician judgement.
